SCC keeps Personal Information for as long as necessary for the identified purposes or as required by law.
Please note that we may retain your contact information (i.e. name, camper name, and email address you provide to us) for 12 months, in order to contact you regarding next year’s camps.
If you apply for employment with us, we will retain the Personal Information you provide to us for a period of 6 months from the date of your application for the purpose of assessing an individual’s suitability for other employment opportunities with our organization. Generally, applicant Personal Information is destroyed after 6 months from the date of application if no employment with our organization materializes in that time period.
We routinely destroy Personal Information that is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
