Sports Camps Canada currently offers camps and programs in 6 different sports. For a listing of all sports and programs that we offer nationwide, simply use the grey bar at the top of every page and hover over the "SELECT YOUR SPORT" tab.

Sports Camps Canada offers a number of programs for a variety of age groups. Most of our junior camps accept participants between the ages of 6-18. *Please check out the camp specific web pages to find out what age restrictions may apply.

If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a VOUCHER for all tuition fees paid, valid through the following calendar year.  Your VOUCHER is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you initially registered in. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection.

Participants who leave early during their session, will receive a pro-rated VOUCHER, valid through the following calendar year.  For individuals who do not check-in or attend their registered session will receive a VOUCHER for all camp fees paid, valid through the following calendar year with the same rules as previously stated.

Sports Camps Canada offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $50 (Tax Included) per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date (Please note: $50 (Tax Included)  Cancellation Protection and Registration fee are non-refundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp in your sport beginning in the month of June).

With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp voucher for your tuition payments made. Your camp voucher will be transferable to an immediate family member and can be used for the sport in which you were registered. For camps running in 2018, camp vouchers are valid through 2019.

You can register online or over the phone by paying with a Visa or Mastercard. If you do not want to use a credit card online, please contact us and we will sign you up over the phone by credit card, cheque or wire transfer. Please contact us with any questions about payment.

Your registration packet will be emailed to the email address you signed up for camp with at the same time you receive your registration confirmation.  If you do not receive your registration package at this time, it will be sent out again 2 weeks prior to your camp start date.  If you do not receive the packet within this time frame, please email info@sportscampscanada.com or call us at 1-844-464-5372. In the unlikely event Sports Camps Canada cancels your camp session, we will refund all camp tuition. SCC is not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said camp tuition and registration fees.

All of our camp directors are responsible for hiring their own staff and typically hire in late winter and early spring. If you are interested in applying for a summer staff position, please email us and we will forward on your information/resume to any director looking for additional staff.
