Catalin Codita is the Founder and Head Coach of littleace-tennis school and a Camp Director of Nike Tennis Camps in Pickering and Scarborough. Littleace-tennis is the largest grass roots tennis school in Durham region and alongside introductory tennis programs it also offers customized tennis programs for high performance junior players.
A former top national junior player from Romania with 25+ years of experience of playing at a national level and competing in the semi-pro league in Germany. His teaching experience is focused on junior development from beginners to NCAA collegiate level. Catalin has experience working with junior players competing at ITF level, predominantly ages 14-16. Catalin is an active member of the international tennis community as a Tennis Canada certified coach, USPTA Level 2 Coach, High-performance Tennis pro certified by Romanian Tennis Federation and an ITF Certified on-court assessor.
Catalin is an active member of Tennis Professional Association and Professional Tennis Registry. He is a former Vice President junior development for Scarborough Tennis Federation and a current member on the management board of Amberlea Tennis Club and Rosebank Tennis Club.
Catalin also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and outside his passion to help junior tennis players learning the game, he enjoys travelling with his family, watching car racing and taking care of the family’s German Shepherd.
