Nike Soccer Camp at LCI Sports Centre

2023 March Break Camp Announced
‍
Campers are invited to join Nike Soccer Camp at LCI Sports Centre in Etobicoke for our 2023 March Break Camp. Boys and girls ages 5-14 will improve their skills and learn tactical and technical soccer gameplay from our expert coaches. Exercises and drills will focus on individual skills and team strategy, while each day features a new technique that will help players at all levels develop their soccer skills.

Campers will receive instruction from Certified Soccer Coaches who will provide campers with tools to improve their ball control and passing and gain more confidence in attacking and defending. Improve your skills and meet new friends this summer at the Nike Soccer Camp in Etobicoke!

  • Daily Instruction from Certified Coaches
  • Technical training: ball control, first touch, passing and shooting
  • Tactical training: combination play, 1v1 attacking and defending, team defending
  • Every camper receives Nike Sports Camps T-shirt and other Nike Prizes

Mark Guiam
Camp Director

Coach Guiam's passion for teaching began 15 years ago, over which time he has ran camps, clinics, and workshops throughout Canada and Asia. As a former basketball player and coach at the college level and semi-pro level he too focuses and prides on skill development for all ages, as he strongly believes in improving players both on and off the court should start. He too has worked with many NCAA and Pro level athletes like Andrew Nicholson (Orlando Magic), Jevohn Shepherd (University of Michigan), Mike Fraser (Overseas), Jamal Reynolds (NBDL), Brandon Tull (Spain), Ajahmo Clarke (NBDL), Gabe Osabuohien (Arkansas), Shakur Daniels (Southern Miss.), Kevin Thomas (Troy University), and Jonathan Tull (Central Connecticut).

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
