Kayla Davis is the founder of UPNXT Training, where she has spent the past seven years specializing in player skill development through individualized training, group sessions, and camps. Her objective is to nurture elite athletes who excel both mentally and physically at the highest levels of competition. A former ESPN HoopGurlz 3-star recruit, Kayla was ranked 38th in North America for the class of 2013. She competed at Xavier University in Cincinnati and represented Canada on the Cadet and Junior Women’s National teams. Her professional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer of a prominent basketball recruiting firm in Canada, JR NBA lead skills instructor and as Camp Director for the Orangeville Prep Elite basketball program.
