Beyond these core areas, campers will have the opportunity to perfect advanced skills such as post moves and adopt European-inspired training methods, all while learning to execute with precision within both 5 out and 4 out offensive sets. This specialized curriculum is crafted for athletes who are looking to make significant strides in preparation for the upcoming rep and school basketball seasons.

Omari Wiltshire
Coach

Coach Omari Wiltshire boasts a coaching career spanning back to 1997, with extensive experience at diverse levels of play. His coaching journey has encompassed notable stints with esteemed programs, including the Toronto Raptors Basketball Development Community program and the Point Guard College. Notably, from 2008 to 2011, Wiltshire served as an assistant coach for the Centennial College women’s basketball team, subsequently assuming the role of Head Coach at George Brown College.

Omari's coaching philosophy centers on nurturing the holistic development of student-athletes. He envisions basketball not only as a sport but as a conduit for fostering enduring connections and friendships throughout life. With a keen focus on empowering individuals, Coach Wiltshire aims to kindle players' passion, discipline, and dedication to the game. His coaching approach extends beyond the court, seeking to instill a profound understanding of individual techniques. By doing so, he aspires to inspire athletes, contributing to the cultivation of a thriving and winning culture within the teams he leads. Coach Latrell, a proud graduate of St. Marcellinus High School in Mississauga, embodies a basketball journey steeped in both personal achievement and a deep-rooted passion for the game. His trajectory as a player showcases not only his skills on the court but also his commitment to basketball excellence.


Latrelle transitioned seamlessly from high school to the competitive realm of university sports, where he donned the jersey for the UPEI Panthers and later continued his collegiate career at York University within the USPORTS arena. As a knowledgeable point guard, he brought strategic acumen and leadership to the court, leaving an indelible mark on the teams he played for.

Basketball prowess runs in Coach Latrell's veins, as he hails from a basketball-rich family. His father, a head coach in the Ontario Basketball Association (OBA), instilled in him a deep understanding and appreciation for the game from an early age. This familial connection to basketball serves as a foundation for Coach Latrell's coaching philosophy and approach to the sport.


Coach Latrelle's coaching style is characterized by a passion for simplifying the game. He believes in equipping campers with the fundamental tools essential for success, irrespective of their size or position on the court. His emphasis on simplicity aims to empower players to understand and execute the game with confidence, fostering a love for basketball that extends beyond the camp experience.

Coach Nada brings a wealth of basketball experience and a passion for the game to Four Point Basketball as a dedicated member of our coaching staff for the past six years.


Having honed her skills on the court, Coach Nada's journey in basketball began as an accomplished player. Representing Team Ontario during high school, she showcased her talent and determination. Later, she continued her basketball journey at the NCAA level as a Purple Eagle, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the sport. Her love for the game persisted, leading her to the competitive realm of Usport at the University of Toronto.

As a former tall shooting guard, Coach Nada possesses a unique and versatile perspective on the game. Her experience in both guard and post positions equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of play at all levels. This expertise is further enriched by her tenure as a player in various competitive settings.


During the academic year, Coach Nada extends her influence beyond the basketball court as an educator at the elementary school level. Her commitment to teaching extends seamlessly from the classroom to the basketball court, where she imparts not only technical skills but also valuable life lessons to aspiring athletes.


Coach Nada's coaching philosophy centers around fostering a love for the game, emphasizing skill development, and instilling a sense of discipline and teamwork. CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, camp specifics, and a list of things to bring, will be emailed to all campers prior to their camp date.  If you have any questions/inquiries please email info@sportscampscanada.com.
