Nike Basketball Camp House League London

The Nike Basketball Camp House League in London is FIBA 5X5 structured. The rules are very simple and designed to make it a fast, spectacular, and exciting game.

Participants will improve basic concepts, terminology, and gross motor movements from our encouraging and highly-skilled staff.

The Compete aspect of the session will help players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Designed to familiarize players with FIBA rules and concepts. This event is for the intermediate to advanced boys in their respected age groups.

  • Receive high-quality instruction from experienced coaches and former professional players
  • A unique emphasis on in-game read and reaction
  • Fundamental game-play development, team play and spacing

Phillip Ferreira - ATL
Camp Director

Phillip Ferreira is a former professional basketball player, who has transitioned to coaching. A graduate of Fanshawe College, Phillip enjoyed considerable success at the OCAA level. He has coached a variety of basketball teams in the London region, including the Saunders Secondary school Senior boys basketball team and the Banting Secondary School Junior boys basketball team. As a certified personal trainer, Phillip aims to improve both fundamental basketball skills and overall strength and conditioning.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, camp specifics, and a list of things to bring, will be emailed to all campers prior to their camp date.  If you have any questions/inquiries please email info@sportscampscanada.com.
