Nike Basketball Camp House League London

The 2025 Nike Basketball Camp House League in London is FIBA 5X5 structured and starts on April 13, 2025. The rules are straightforward and designed to make it a fast, spectacular, and exciting game. Participants will improve basic concepts, terminology, and gross motor movements from our encouraging and highly skilled staff.


The Compete aspect of the session will help players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position. Designed to familiarize players with FIBA rules and concepts. This event is for the intermediate to advanced boys in their respective age groups.

Coaches

Phillip Ferreira - ATL
Camp Director

A former professional basketball player with international experience, now dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. With a strong foundation from a successful career at the OCAA level, the transition into coaching has been seamless, bringing a wealth of knowledge and firsthand expertise to the court.

Extensive coaching experience includes leading teams in the London region, such as the Saunders Secondary School Senior Boys and Banting Secondary School Junior Boys basketball teams. As a certified personal trainer, the focus extends beyond just skill development—emphasizing elite ball handling, strength, speed, and overall conditioning to maximize athletic potential.

Currently training athletes across Europe at the club, professional, and amateur levels, as well as providing high-level skills development in Canada with Alpha Training London. Specializing as a shooting coach, strength and speed trainer, and overall basketball skills mentor, the mission remains clear: to elevate athletes to their peak performance through structured, high-intensity training.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
